Steeped in nature, the terrace features botanical elements such as juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, Chinese cassia bark, Madagascan cinnamon bark, & orris root. This creates a captivating atmosphere reminiscent of a historic garden library.

Sipsmith’s Master Distiller dusted off the history books to discover the original barrel-aged gin recipe from 1639, bringing a distinctive and timeless flavour to life. You can experience this unique blend in our An Apple A Day cocktail, crafted with Sipsmith 1639, apple liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, orange bitters, and egg white.
