This August, we’ve teamed up with our friends at the London Essence Company, food and drink scientist Greg Tucker, and Pritesh Mody, TV bartender, flavour expert & founder of ‘The World of Zing’ to bring you three brand new cocktails. Designed to be simple yet elegant, the unique flavours and aromas of each cocktail evoke a far flung holiday destination, we call this ‘The Essence of Summer.’ With long haul travel on ice this year, we’re ready to start sipping on these gorgeous cocktails to give us a taste of South Africa, Mexico and Thailand.
