50ml Bacardi 8
15ml Benedictine
10ml maple Syrup
1 “ Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients in a rocks glass with a block of ice. Places glass on slate tray and cover with a cloche. Add cinnamon to smoking gun and place pipe under cloche and trap the smoke. Leave for a few seconds for the smoke to take to the drink and remove cloche.
