Summer Sips

Summer is well and truly (finally!) upon us and so at last we can get fully involved in the Pimms while the sun is out instead of the rain. It’s not just Pimms on the cards this summer though, we’ve got a load of exciting drinks to tempt you – here are some of the best.

Spritzes

For something a light and refreshing, our spritzes are the ones to go for. From elderflower and crème de fraise to prosecco and chapel down, there’s a fabulous array of ingredients in our spritzes. If gin’s your spirit of choice go for our London Spritz or our Strawberry Spritz, or if it’s something a bit different you fancy then try then the Brit Spritz or the Summer Cup Spritz is the one for you. As an added bonus, throughout July and August between 6pm an 9pm we’re offering 3 Brit Spritzes for the price of 2 in partnership with Kamm & Sons.

A Taste of Cuba

If you’re like us and you love rum, then you’ll love our pop up alfresco Bacardi bars at The Refinery Bankside and The Parlour. Head outside and browse the cocktail menu specially crafted for the two bars and pick your tipple! If you’re at The Refinery you’ll find that it doesn’t just stop at the cocktails – our whole terrace is sponsored by Bacardi so you’ll find yourself amid a sea of Bacardi deckchairs and tables – we’re not complaining!

Toast like Royalty

Drake & Morgan at King’s Cross has teamed up with Australian Vermouth Brand Regal Rogue to bring you what’s tipped to be THE drink of the summer. #RogueHour will be getting underway in the not so distant future, so keep an eye your eyes peeled for more info on what’s to come!

Celebrate the Tubes Running All Night

From the 19^th August the 24-hour tube service will begin on the Central and Victoria Lines – which is fabulous news for late night revellers and their pockets! In our eyes this is quite an occasion and so, to honour it accordingly we’ve created two tube-inspired cocktails – one for the Victoria line and one for the Central line – for the details….you’ll have to wait and see!
