Entering the competition & winning the prize:

To enter the competition, the entry form must be fully complete and submitted
Entries must be made between midnight on the 14^th of November 2022 & midnight on the 2^nd of January 2023
One winner will be selected on the 3^rd of January 2023 and they will be contacted via email on the 4^th of January 2022, they will be contacted by Drake & Morgan directly
You can only enter this prize draw once & to enter, you must tick to receive information via email from Drake & Morgan
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries made before the competition closing date
By entering the prize draw, you are accepting the terms & conditions
Contact information of the entrant cannot be changed once the entry form is complete and submitted

By entering the contest, you confirm that you are eligible to claim the prize

This competition is open to over 18’s only

The winner must have a valid passport & be fit to travel to France

This competition is not open to employees of Drake & Morgan or The London Essence Company or wider Britvic brand nor the members of the immediate families of employees of these companies

Drake & Morgan retain the right to ask you to provide proof of your identity should you be selected as the winner

Entries automatically generated by a computer in bulk or by a bot will not be accepted

Any illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or incomplete/false entries will not be accepted

Drake & Morgan reserves all rights to disqualify any entrant or winner at any time if the conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition or the brand/reputation

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Drake & Morgan or The London Essence Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest and/or suspend or terminate the Winner’s use of the Prize.

Claiming the prize:

The prize must be redeemed and the trip taken by the 31^st of January 2024

Travel is subject to availability and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK and France.

Drake & Morgan does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize and is not obliged to offer an alterative prize if the winner is unable to take up the prize
Drake & Morgan or The London Essence Company will not accept responsibility for contest entries that are damaged regardless of the cause (e.g. technical malfunction)
If the prize could not be redeemed by the 31^st of January 2024 due to restrictions on travel then no extension will be provided and the prize will expire
The prize is non-transferable, if the winner doesn’t use the prize in line with the T&Cs, the prize is cancelled and the winner is not entitled to an alternative

The prize:

The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or for any other products/experiences
The winner will win a Paris trip for two with a value of £3300, the prize includes:
- Breakfast for two people at Drake & Morgan at King’s Cross near St Pancras International Station (£60 allowance in total)
- Return standard class train travel for two people from London to Paris on the Eurostar
- Return private transfers for two from the station to the hotel
- Two nights’ accommodation for two people at the centrally located 4 star Bonsoir Madame Hotel (or similar)
- Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis only
- Dinner for two people at a Cache Paris (or similar) – £180 allowance in total
- £1,000 spending money sent to the winner’s account via BACS

Liability & termination:

Drake & Morgan nor The London Essence Company will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or a contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the winner accepting the prize

Drake & Morgan, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner if the latter is unable to take part in the trip for personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, lack of valid identity documents)

The prize is automatically terminated should either company (Drake & Morgan or The London Essence Company) cease trading

Drake & Morgan and The London Essence Company reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so.
