Regenerative Farming

Working with our supply chain

Throughout the years D&M has operated we have always tried to source responsibly; and we have now begun to onboard more products each year that farm using regenerative standards, this revolution against mass industrial production supports biodiversity, promotes soil health, wildlife growth & waterway protection & can now be tasted within the sourdoughs, flatbreads, buns & all beef burgers on our menus. We are committed to seeking suppliers who share the same values & ethics as us & who understand our social & environmental requirements.

Carbon Footprint

Drake & Morgan remain proud members of the Zero Carbon Forum a not-for-profit hospitality focused group enabling business to achieve net zero goals as pace through collaboration.

Through the work with their team over the past 3 years we have been able to put a clear action plan in place to reduce our impact, and this has delivered a significant improvement in our Scope 3 emissions year on year into 2025 of more than 800tonnes of CO2e, there is still a long way to go but this is a step in the right direction!

Drake & Morgan have acted swiftly & decisively & within the first year of taking meaningful action, they have completed their full carbon footprint, adopted a net zero plan & have taken some impressive first steps towards this. 100% of their energy is now from renewable sources & they made changes within their menus such as sourcing regeneratively produced flour from Wildfarmed for breads. It’s great to see such strong progress & a pleasure to share their net zero journey with them.
